If you search “how to invest to become wealthy” you’ll find the usual general advice - start early, diversify, save more, spend less. Maybe even some specifics about real estate, business ownership, or stock market investing. 

How about investing in individual stocks? 

Nope – too risky. Heck, it’s well known that professional money managers can’t consistently outperform indexes so “regular” people certainly can’t. 

Is this actually true? While it’s well documented that professionals struggle to consistently beat low-cost index funds, we’re not professionals. This isn’t about intelligence or experience – it’s about constraints. Professionals have limitations that we as individual investors don’t face, creating distinct advantages for us.

I was there too. I read all the classic books and articles from the famed investors of yesteryear. I followed financial news religiously. And I certainly picked up knowledge that I still use today, but without a solid decision-making framework, all that information becomes noise – and noise can lead to poor decisions. 

So, I set out to develop a disciplined process that works for companies of any size in any market. After twenty years of refining this approach, which I call the Davem Method, I founded Davem Advisors to share this knowledge with fellow investors seeking unbiased, disciplined strategies and actionable advice. 

I’m not selling financial products or services. I don’t want to be your financial advisor. My goal is to give you the knowledge so you never need one. 

There are no get rich quick schemes or guarantees. Do I know where any stock will be in a year? No – and neither does anyone else. But I can teach you how to reasonably infer where it might be based on fundamental analysis and historical patterns.
